It’s lovely to have you here. A little bit about how we work before you book:

🪭 About your care‣ All treatments at Reyna Enhancements are provided under the supervision of a medical director.

🪭 New here? ‣ Everyone starts with a consultation, a no-cost first visit to talk through your goals, review your health history, and decide together if treatment is right for you. No pressure, no commitment. A credit card on file is required to book; you won’t be charged unless you cancel late or no-show.

🪭 To book ‣ A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. It goes toward the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. We also keep a credit card on file. For any remaining balance, you can pay by card on file, e-transfer, or cash.

🪭 If plans change ‣ We just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice on any changes or cancellations. Less than that, or a no-show, means your deposit won’t be refunded. Showing up more than 20 minutes past your start time may also count as a no-show.

🪭 Forms ‣ You’ll get them in your inbox once you’ve booked. Please complete them before your appointment so we can spend our time together on you, not admin.
